Data Entry Specialist – 5-Month Contract
\n Location: Westlake Village, CA 91361 (100% Onsite)
\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–11:30 PM (Weekend part-time also available in near future)
\n Pay: $22 per hour
Position Overview
\nWe’re seeking reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialists to support a fast-paced operational team. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy structured work and are comfortable maintaining consistent productivity throughout their shift. You’ll play an important role in keeping key information moving accurately and efficiently through digital systems.
Key Responsibilities
\n\nQuickly and accurately transcribe data from handwritten documents into digital format.
\n\t\n\tMaintain solid pace with priority on productivity and efficiency.
\n\t\n\tPerform day-to-day data entry tasks in English.
\n\t\nWhat We’re Looking For
\n\nProven ability to focus on data entry for the full duration of the shift.
\n\t\n\tTyping speed of 50 WPM or higher (a short typing test will be completed).
\n\t\n\tPrior experience with 10-key entry is preferred but not required.
\n\t\n\tConfidence working in a structured environment where consistency matters.
\n\t\n\tAvailability to commit to the full 5-month contract .
