Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children aged from infants to school age. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Duties

• Implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning experience for all children.
• Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
• Experience in infant care, toddler care, or preschool settings is highly desirable.
• Background in special education or experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Previous experience as a nanny or caregiver is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff members.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds are essential traits for success in this role.
