Job Summary: We are seeking a Director of Content and Art Direction to lead and elevate our brand presence across all social media channels. This individual will be responsible for building and executing our creative vision, ensuring our content resonates with our audience and drives brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop art direction and visual strategy across all social media channels.
2. Stay ahead of trends in fashion, jewelry, and digital content to ensure the brand remains relevant, as well as stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to create innovative and timely content.
3. Build, organize, and update our social media marketing calendar to reflect our brand messaging, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
4. Lead the ideation, planning, production, and posting of content for all social media channels.
5. Pitch, develop, and execute engaging visual and written content, including photos, videos, and carousels, for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and others).
6. Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate an online community.
7. Monitor content performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimizing future content and campaigns.
8. Capture behind-the-scenes social media assets on set.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in content creation, art direction, or a similar role within the fashion, jewelry, or luxury industries.
3. Proven track record of leading successful creative campaigns and projects.
4. Exceptional eye for design, photography, and visual storytelling with a portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
5. Experience with digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, and email.
6. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, as well as video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Deep understanding of Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
