Our current campaign's focus is acquiring fiber internet, TV, and wireless packages for consumers on behalf of our clients. Our sales leads are provided by our clients.

Summary

As a Direct Sales Representative at Optim Marketing Inc., you will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with customers on our leads lists. This position is crucial for delivering customized marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet client goals.
• Conduct basic, face to face, presentations to qualified customers.
• Manage assigned territories in SalesForce CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with client objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of a customer facing role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A means to travel to and from residential areas in the greater Charlotte area.

Weekly Schedule

• Monday-Friday: 10:30am-7pm eastern
• Weekends: As needed

Commission Structure:

Our commission structure is based on the products we sell on behalf of our clients.

• Internet Accounts: up to $170 per account
• Tv Accounts: up to $100 per account
• Wireless Services: up to $89 per wireless line

Individuals typically average the following per week:

• 4 Internet accounts ($170x4=$680)
• 2 TV accounts ($100x2=$200)
• 7 Wireless Lines ($89x7=$623)

Total Average Commissions: $1,503 per week.

*in addition to our commission structure we also have ongoing bonus opportunities that can be earned weekly.
