What You’ll Do:

• Represent our clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and support cases.
• Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and conduct legal research.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of attorneys and legal professionals.
• Other tasks as needed that help us effectively run our business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Virginia state bar license.
• Family law experience or law school family law clinic experience
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills with a client-centered approach.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively to achieve an annual billable target of 1500 hours.
• Passion for family law and advocacy for clients navigating complex legal issues.
• Must be able to appear for court, depositions, mediation, or any other in-person event in which our clients need legal support.
