Job Description

Our client, a leading snack food distribution center, is seeking forklift operator to join their team. As a material handler, you will be part of the warehouse  team supporting logistics. The ideal candidates will have self-motivation, positive attitudes, and team working skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator 

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20.87/hr
Shift: Weekend Day Shift with overtime (Could work up to 5 or 6 days a week)

What's the Job?

• Load and unload trailers with finished products, ensuring proper distribution to centers, bins, and distributors.
• Follow load sheets to determine quantities and destinations of products.
• Unload inbound trailers with purchased products and properly store them in inventory.
• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform quality control and food safety tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience operating forklifts, including stand-up and sit-down models.
• Ability to read and follow load sheets for accurate product loading and unloading.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain product integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
