Infrastructure Support Analyst $100K+
Our client is a leading investment management firm.
In their New York office, youll be key in providing VIP, 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support across EUC, desktop and core cloud and network infrastructure.
Youll work directly with users to provide support across Office 365 and Windows 11, SharePoint and MS Team, mobile devices and network infrastructure (Cisco, Meraki etc) A very varied role!
Youll also be key in delivering VIP support, working with the C-suite and board to provide best in breed quality IT support.
The position will also cover core infrastructure. Youll have the chance to work on Windows Server engineer, Azure Cloud and DevOps and Intune.
