Busy Grand Rapids litigation law firm is seeking a full-time legal administrative assistant/billing specialist.
Responsibilities: File legal documents with proper courts, transcribe dictation, manage attorney's schedule, ensures billings are in accordance with client's guidelines for electronic billings, uploads supporting documentation required for billings, etc.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in legal-related field, strong administrative and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail, 3+ years of experience working in a law office, court or other legal related field.
