Licensed Massage Therapist

Positions available for Part-time/Full-time licensed massage therapists.

Our massage therapists - Are committed to overall wellness! They serve each guest with intentional touch and guided relaxation as recovery from lifes busy days!
More specifically, our masterful massage therapist: - Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
- Fully prepares treatments based on treatment protocols and criteria
- Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for homecare
- Suggests other great service recommendations and provides enhancement treatments
- Holds an active KY Massage Therapist License
- Provides consistent and luxurious treatments up to 7-8 times per day (we like to keep you busy)
- Ensures all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
- Always improving skills by completing continuing education courses

Physical Requirements: - Frequent standing, with some walking and sitting
- Ability to lift 5 lbs. & occasionally lifts/carries up to 15 lbs.
- Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
Working Conditions :
- Primarily indoor work setting filled with various aromas from our retail products, and soft music playing in the background
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates

Required license or certification: Kentucky State Board of Massage Therapy (Active License)
Required Experience: Prefer a minimum of one-year in a spa setting
