Responsibilities: This position supports the WebMD Ignite Activation Sales team, which sells engagement and advertising products primarily to healthcare providers and payers. The Marketing Solutions Associate will support sales reps through presales deal configurations, optimizing target audiences, entering sold deal information into Salesforce, managing custom deal presales requests, and leading special projects for the Marketing Solutions team. The role also involves serving as the information source on sold deals for internal teams, ensuring thorough communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include: Thorough knowledge of the technical details and strategic positioning of WebMD Ignite's suite of products. Partnering with Sales reps to create proposals for digital campaigns and solutions that meet brand objectives and engage users. Understanding targeting capabilities to guide audience construction relevant to brand needs. Manipulating data to support marketing audience analysis. Understanding Salesforce processes for entering deal information and communicating with execution teams. Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill presales requests. Liaising between Sales and other departments to communicate deal information. Managing special projects to improve efficiency and communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Experience with CRM systems, data entry, sales, digital marketing, or data analytics. Strong organizational and relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and tasks.
