Ed Catmull, the founder of Pixar, serves on Odyssey’s board . Who You Are You’re a staff-level or greater engineer, with demonstrated experience in ML topics related to world models. This could include world models, or broader generative ML in computer vision. You are passionate about taking state-of-the-art research into user-facing products. What You’ll Do You will develop state-of-the-art world models, generating dynamic, photorealistic worlds in real-time. You will draw on work from Odyssey's research team to create models which land in our product. You will diagnose and debug issues with model performance, using these insights to improve the model. You will design and implement evaluation methods for deployed models, and ensure we have appropriate monitoring and observability systems in place. You will collaborate closely with Odyssey's product engineering as these models are shipped to enable new creative experiences.
