We are currently seeking a talented Paid Search Specialist to join our creative team. This is a hybrid position. You must be able to commute to our Charlotte office at least 3 times a week. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance. Monitor campaign performance, optimize bids and budgets, and ensure KPIs are being met or exceeded. Analyze performance data, create reports, and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients. Prepare and speak in monthly client reporting calls, clearly communicating results, optimizations, and strategic recommendations. Collaborate with content, design, and account teams to align ad copy and creative with campaign goals. Stay up to date on Google Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends. Assist with landing page recommendations and CRO strategies through onsite heatmap tracking to enhance campaign effectiveness. Support SEO initiatives when needed, including basic keyword research, on-page SEO, and technical collaboration. Contribute to overall digital marketing strategy and brainstorming sessions. Skills To Pay The Bills: Required: 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio is also a plus!) Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals Google Ads certifications (preferred) Strong communication, public speaking, time management, and organizational skills If this sounds like the right team environment for you, we want to hear from you!
