Part-Time Office Assistant – Bookkeeping & Property Support

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to help with bookkeeping and light property management support.  

You’ll work around 10 hours per week, with at least 5 hours in the office. The rest can be done remotely if preferred. We're willing to train the right person—this is more about personality, trustworthiness, and consistency than an extensive resume.

Location: Bee Caves, TX  
Schedule: ~10 hours/week (Minimum 5 hours in-office, remainder remote optional) 
Commitment: Long-term preferred (5–10+ years) 

What Will You be Doing?
  • Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks (training provided if needed) 
  • Reconcile receipts and manage accounts payable  
  • Help with the transition to QuickBooks Online  
  • Maintain and document lease schedules and tenant details (preferences, needs, history, etc.) 
  • Keep basic records and assist with light administrative tasks  
  • Communicate with vendors or tenants  
What You Bring with You?
  • Someone dependable and detail-focused, with a friendly and professional demeanor  
  • Comfortable using email, Excel, and Word  
  • Willing to learn QuickBooks and general property/office workflows  
  • Interested in a long-term, steady role (ideally 5+ years) 
  • Able to work at least 5 hours/week on-site  
  • A proactive communicator who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to small business operations  
Nice to Have (But Not Required) 
  • Prior experience with QuickBooks 
  • Background in bookkeeping, office management, or property administration 
Compensation Structure for the Position
The compensation for this role is $20–$35/hour. The amount of compensation will be determined based on your experience, skills, and performance.
