GQR Healthcare is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Oncology for a per diem / prn nursing job in Panorama City, California.

Med/Surg Oncology – Registered Nurse – Days – PRN

Start Date: ASAP
Orientation: ASAP
Credentialing: Kaiser requires two weeks to credential

Contract Details

• PRN ongoing contract, reviewed every 4 weeks to confirm shifts are being picked up
• Contract may last 6+ months
• Candidate will be part of the client’s available pool
• Contract can only be canceled if requested by candidate or client

Hours: 12 per week

• Must be available for at least 1 shift per week
• Shifts are pre-booked in advance (similar to traveler scheduling)
• Facility may cancel shifts with at least 2 hours’ notice
• Candidates must submit their full monthly availability every month
  Float: Based on scope of practice
  On-Call: Not required

Requirements

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Oncology certification required
• License: Active California RN License (must be renewed if expired; those applying should call their senator’s office to expedite processing)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year Med/Surg Oncology RN experience
  • Minimum 2 years total RN experience
  • Travel experience preferred but not required

Additional Information

• COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination not required (boosters not needed, unvaccinated candidates accepted)
