The Revenue Data Analyst plays a key role in translating complex financial data into actionable insights for operational decision-makers and executive leaders. This position focuses on analyzing revenue-related data from senior care operations, identifying trends, ensuring accuracy, and producing comprehensive reports that support informed decision-making. The role demands deep expertise in healthcare payer sources, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively communicate financial insights with clarity. Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed revenue reports to monitor financial performance across multiple care settings.
• Validate data integrity and trend consistency to provide accurate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Research and interpret complex payer sources and billing cycles to assess overall revenue health.
• Examine revenue drivers and operational metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to align enterprise-wide reporting standards and methodologies.
• Prepare clear and intuitive presentations of financial data for executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in analytics or reporting, with healthcare revenue cycle expertise preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). Experience with software tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a bonus.
• Familiarity with database queries or SQL considered an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare billing operations and payer types such as Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay.
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to billing and collections processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver insights to a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills within dynamic environments.
