Multiple CNAs Needed for School Based Positions in Carlsbad, CA

Now Hiring: School-Based CNAs – Carlsbad, CA (Start ASAP)
Full-Time | $20–$25/hr | Full School Year Commitment

Make a meaningful impact every day! We’re hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, school-based roles in Carlsbad, CA for the 2025–2026 school year.

CNA Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during school hours

• Duration: Full 2025–2026 school year

• Location: Carlsbad, CA

• Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set)

• Support Provided: Work under the supervision of an LVN, District Nurse, and/or classroom teacher

CNA Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or classroom-based health support for students across all grade levels

• Assist with toileting, diapering, and hygiene support

• Support district nurses during g-tube feedings (CNAs will not perform g-tube feedings directly)

• Monitor and report student health status to the nursing team

• Assist with student transfers and mobility as needed

• Escort students to and from the health office or classroom

• Provide general care and supervision during school hours

• Communicate effectively with school staff, nurses, and parents when appropriate

• Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students

CNA Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in California (preferred, but not required)

• Comfortable with toileting and assisting during g-tube feedings

• Previous experience with children, special education, or in school settings is a plus

• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
