We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehab team at a supportive, community-focused hospital in Tonasket, WA. This permanent, benefits-eligible role offers a diverse caseload across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care settings—ideal for clinicians who value meaningful work and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Speech-Language Pathologist – Broad-Scope Practice

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Provide individualized therapy for patients across all ages and acuity levels
• Perform (or collaborate on) Modified Barium Swallow studies; FEEs experience welcome (preferred, not required)
• Document progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery and quality of life

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p (no weekends/holidays)
• Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, and extended care (LTC)
• Caseload: ~6 patients/day
• Charting: CPSI
• Dress Code: Professional attire or scrubs
• Orientation: 1–2 days with a preceptor
• Status: FT Non-Exempt | Direct Hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $39–$58/hour (DOE)
• Full medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO
• Scrubs: Any color; clean and professional
• Relocation: Not covered

Requirements

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) and BLS
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• FEEs or Modified Barium experience
• Spanish or additional language skills
