\nInterventional Technologist - Interventional Radiology Lab
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 40 hours per week on day shift with call responsibilities
\n• Call schedule includes 4-6 weekends and 1 night per week
\n• Work in Hybrid Operating Room environment
\n• Set up, prepare, and clean exam rooms before and after patient procedures
\n• Maintain room supplies and equipment
\n• Discuss patient history and provide patient education concerning examinations
\n• Ensure proper patient identification using facility standards
\n• Prepare and administer contrast under physician direction according to standard operating procedures
\n• Perform pain assessments and take appropriate action per standard operating procedures
\n• Prepare physician fee slips by coding specific procedures and staying current with CPT coding system
\n• Complete charges for examinations in Epic and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
\n• Required certifications: ND Medical Imaging License, Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
\n• Must demonstrate understanding of scope of responsibility within license
\n• Responsible for confirming, reviewing, and preparing orders with correct coding for physicians
