What You’ll Do:

• Service new and existing customers to provide a customized solution to fix the issue at hand.
• Serve as a leader in the plumbing field to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and Water Treatment systems
• Follow-up with existing estimates to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Diagnosing; leaks, drain clogs, no water, no hot water, low water pressure, etc.
• Repairing/replacing broken pipes, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, disposals, drain lines, shower valves, etc
• Emphasize benefits such as warranties, years in business, quality of service, and financing options
• Installing water treatment systems, gas piping, etc.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck.

What You Need To Succeed:

• At least 3 years experience with residential service plumbing
• A positive attitude with a dedication to customer service, treating our customers with the utmost respect.
• A deep understanding of residential plumbing equipment
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow
• The ability to express the utmost respect with the time in our client's home
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work late when the job at hand requires it
