We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Food Services Director to lead our dining team at a respected assisted living community in Omaha, Nebraska. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives by creating enjoyable, nutritious dining experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and dining services, ensuring high-quality meal preparation and service.
• Develop and manage menus that meet nutritional standards and resident preferences.
• Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and dining staff to maintain safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
• Manage food service budget, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership and care teams to support the overall resident experience.
• Maintain compliance with state and local health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life through excellent dining experiences.
